- A 50% reduction of attendance fee for young participant whose submitted paper as a primary author is accepted, and who was born on or after January 1, 1969. Those who apply the special offer should notify your date of birth to the Secretariat via e-mail.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Credit Card (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, JCB, Diners)
You are required to fill in the type of card, card number, expiration month and year, name of the card holder (as printed on the card) in the online registration form. Details are on the online registration page. As this system employs "immidiate settlement procedure", payment will be debited as soon as you complete the procedure.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Those who would like to attend the Colloquium, please enter the online registration form from the below button. Please note that the online registration system is constructed by a subcontractor, JTB Global Marketing and Travel. Start your registration after getting your ID. Those who are interested in participation are recommended to get ID first to receive future informations.
A comfirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours. Please contact the Secretariat if you will not receive it.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation of attendance, Secretariat must be notified in writing before September 1 (Tue), 2009. Refunds can be made immediately after the Conference, minus the administrative charge of 20% of the attendance fee. However, no refunds will be made on the cancellations after this date. Please note that those who the Secretariat has issued official invitation letter to acquire visas cannot receive any refund.
